Very often I have a spouse come in after less than a year of marriage saying they married the wrong person. When dating, couples put their best foot forward and work hard to cover imperfections. It’s easy and common for them to show their best behaviors in the beginning of a relationship. “He was so attentive and caring”, “I got flowers every week at work”, “We took walks together and talked on the phone for hours”.
